Carbon-steel and cast-steel component enquiries are offered with OEM and private-label customization. Sand or coated-sand processing, machining and polishing can be defined around a drawing or sample, using the selected 45#, 20#, 1045, 1035 or custom steel requirement.
Connect the grade to the component definition
Specify the full steel designation and governing material document. Identify the part's function and the dimensions that control its installation or operation. If quoting from a sample, define the geometry and conditions that the new component must retain.
- Provide the drawing revision or controlled sample reference.
- Select the steel grade and requested casting scope.
- Mark interfaces needing machining and dimensional checks.
- Specify polishing and rust-prevention requirements.
- Describe any private-label details and order quantity.
Define CT4–CT9 acceptance on the casting
The stated casting-tolerance reference is CT4–CT9. Agree the relevant dimensions, route and checking basis for the selected part. Keep the casting limits distinct from dimensions accepted after machining so both stages follow the same approved drawing.
Complete inspection and surface-protection requirements
Quality control is described as 100% full inspection. Identify the material, dimensional and surface characteristics needed for acceptance. Wooden-case or pallet packing with an inner plastic bag is named, with separate or customized arrangements available for enquiry. Define how the polished or rust-protected part and any label details should be preserved in the supplied condition.
