Custom OEM enquiries include ADC12 aluminum die-cast parts and separate brass, gray-iron or ductile-iron sand-casting components. Investment-casting requirements can be specified for the selected material and design. Define the complete grade and compatible route for each machinery part.

Describe the actual machinery component

Size follows the customer drawing. Show mounting, locating and working contacts in the intended assembly. State operating conditions and material requirements relevant to the design, with datums and dimensional relationships that determine the component’s functional fit.

Assign machining to the finished interfaces

Machining can be included where needed after casting. Distinguish the cast form from areas requiring final dimensions and identify their measurement stage. Show relationships that must be assessed together so the supplied machining scope addresses the required assembly result.

Set custom color and surface requirements

Color and treatment follow customer requirements. Define the selected process, coverage and appearance reference for working, contacting and visible areas. Identify masking and contact conditions where the finish affects installation or the dimensional acceptance of a mating interface.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
  • Identify the required material condition.
  • Define material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Explain what a sample or initial part must demonstrate.

Keep the accepted grade, casting route and finished-interface definition attached to the order, with approved changes retained so production acceptance follows the actual aluminum or separate metal machinery component.
