Custom aluminum component work covers die, sand and gravity casting with CNC machining. OEM and ODM enquiries can be designed or produced to customer drawings, and small quantities are available. Material selection should accompany the route decision so that the proposal addresses the component’s geometry and required supplied condition.
Match the alloy request to the manufacturing route
The named material scope provides several enquiry options. Select the complete grade for the individual component and identify whether the requested work begins with a casting or another machining input.
- ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380 and A390 material enquiries.
- 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075 material enquiries.
- A controlled drawing with the finished dimensions and datum scheme.
- The order quantity and any sample approval requirement.
Specify the finish around the mating surfaces
Finish options include powder coating, polishing, nickel treatment, anodizing and electrophoresis. Mark contact faces, threads and other areas where the selected treatment affects assembly. An appearance reference or a written surface criterion helps distinguish a decorative requirement from a functional finishing requirement.
Plan inspection for the supplied condition
Quality control is stated as 100% inspection before shipment. Identify the dimensions and material records needed for approval, including how finished interfaces will be measured. Production capacity is referenced as more than 50 ton per month; confirm its applicable route and current order scope.
