Custom aluminum sand-cast components can be requested with turning, milling and CNC-center work. Copper, brass and plastic items are separately specified parts with compatible processing requirements. Select the complete material and incoming form around the actual component’s working role and supplied condition.
Describe the selected equipment application
Appliance, automotive, building and capital-equipment requests need their own operating duty and assembly relationships. Show mounting and mating geometry, including references controlling installation. Customized size should follow the drawing and the actual component’s required fit.
Scope the final machining result
Identify surfaces needing the selected operations and distinguish them from cast-state regions. Define dimensional limits and measurement conditions for those interfaces. Mark relationships evaluated together during approval of the finished part against its adjoining equipment.
Select a substrate-compatible finish
Powder coating, electroplating, oxidation, anodizing and galvanized-finish requests require a defined material and process. Specify treated areas and the appearance or contact condition required. Identify masking where finishing affects the component’s installed relationship.
