Custom aluminum sand castings are available through an OEM full-process service supporting design and selected component supply. Size, wall thickness and surface requirements follow the drawing. Choose the complete alloy and material condition for the actual part and its intended working relationships.

Define the aluminum work package

Show the component geometry and the installation or operating duty it must serve. Identify wall sections, mounting and mating interfaces with the references controlling fit. Keep the selected material and required supplied state connected to that actual design.

Separate cast condition from added requirements

Mark regions accepted as cast and any interfaces needing further work quoted separately. Put dimensional limits and measurement conditions beside the relevant geometry. Define the selected surface result, treated areas and final contact requirements on the chosen substrate.

Set process-stage checks

Inspection covers raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished-product assessment. Agree the actual methods, checked characteristics and records for each required stage. Flexible scheduling and fast response support the agreed production scope for the selected aluminum component.

  • State the casting quantity and controlling design revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
  • Explain what an initial component must demonstrate with its mating equipment.
  • Retain accepted alloy, wall and interface decisions within the work package.

Confirm further casting requests against the approved geometry, supplied condition and actual aluminum component duty.
