Production CapacityFlexible Scheduling, Fast Response
Custom iron gate-valve bodies can be requested through OEM sand casting with drawing-defined dimensions, wall thickness and surface requirements. Full-process service supports design and selected component supply, with flexible scheduling and fast response. Select the complete iron grade and supplied condition for the actual body.
Describe valve duty and connecting geometry
State the operating medium and service conditions used for the chosen design. Show the body’s connections, mounting and mating relationships with the valve assembly. Define the required wall geometry and functional dimensions on the controlling drawing.
Establish the body’s acceptance conditions
Identify any pressure or leakage checks required for that duty, with methods and acceptance criteria. Mark locating references and measurement conditions for jointly assessed interfaces. Distinguish cast-state areas from surfaces needing a particular final condition before the body is installed.
Define material and finished-product checks
Inspection references include raw-material control, heat-treatment-condition checks and finished-product inspection. Assign the actual methods and records to the selected grade and supplied stage. Specify the required material, dimensional and surface evidence for valve-body approval.
- State the gate-valve body quantity and current design revision.
- Identify the surface result and coverage required at working contacts.
- Explain what an initial body must demonstrate against the mating assembly.
- Retain approved wall, grade and interface changes with the order.
Confirm further castings against the same component duty and accepted supplied condition.
