Cast-iron agricultural-machinery components are available through sand casting and CNC machining for OEM enquiries. Minor, drawing-based, sample-based and full customization are offered. Select the complete iron grade and required condition around the actual farm-machine component and its intended working duty.

Define the agricultural equipment interface

Show where the part mounts, locates or contacts surrounding machine elements. Identify the operating environment and relationships relevant to the selected design. Mark the geometry and references that control installation and the component’s working fit.

Translate drawing or sample into acceptance

Establish the controlling component definition for the chosen customization mode. Identify what a reference sample is intended to demonstrate and which dimensions govern approval. Keep agreed changes on the actual drawing so the production requirement is clear for the selected agricultural part.

Separate cast form from CNC-finished contacts

Mark the faces and dimensions requiring machining, with functional limits and measurement conditions. Distinguish them from areas supplied in the cast state. Specify the final surface result needed at working interfaces and any relationships evaluated together during assembly assessment.

  • Plywood-case packing is referenced for the farm-machine component.
  • Define protection for finished interfaces and the agreed supplied state.
  • State the required quantity and controlling part revision.
  • Identify material and dimensional records for component approval.

Retain accepted iron-grade and machining decisions with the agricultural-equipment request when confirming further production.
