Custom high-pressure aluminum die-casting parts are available for industrial OEM/ODM enquiries. Sand casting and gravity die casting are separately selected alternatives. Specify the alloy, component geometry and required quantity so the chosen route addresses the actual drawing and order.
Define tooling around the selected component
In-house mold making is listed. Identify the tool deliverable, controlling drawing and approval requirements within the requested supply scope. Show the component’s critical form and any geometry that must be resolved before the tooling and manufacturing proposal are accepted.
Set the final interfaces and surface condition
Machining can be included where needed after casting, with treatment to customer requirements. Mark datums and dimensional limits at the interfaces determining assembly fit. Define finish coverage, appearance and masking where surface work affects working or contacting areas.
- State the complete aluminum-alloy requirement.
- Identify cast and finished-surface boundaries.
- Specify the material and dimensional acceptance records.
- Explain what the initial approval part must demonstrate.
- Record the supplied component and tooling boundaries, including the part revision and tooling changes approved during sampling.
Make inspection and qualification order-specific
For the selected aluminum part, the stated 100% inspection should assess agreed characteristics using defined methods and records. Request relevant IATF16949 and ISO9001 documents with their applicable supplier or process scope. Retain the accepted material, route and finished-part definition throughout production approval so the order has a clear manufacturing and acceptance basis.
