Our ServiceSupply metal parts solution as per customer's drawings/ samples
Custom grey- and ductile-iron sand-casting enquiries include jack bodies in selected GGG50, GG25, GGG40 or FCD500 grades. OEM/ODM supply follows the component drawing or reference sample, with machining and finishing requirements defined for the actual iron part.
Set the jack-body material and functional brief
Provide the complete grade and governing standard, along with the mounting and working interfaces. Describe the load or functional acceptance established by the design. The selected material and geometry should remain linked so the quotation addresses the body required by the actual assembly.
Assign casting and machining requirements separately
CT9–CT11 is the stated jack-body casting-tolerance reference. CNC machining, drilling, milling, boring and tapping are named operations, with up-to-IT7 and Ra 0.8–3.2 references for the requested machining scope. Define the roughness unit, controlled surfaces and inspection stages used for acceptance.
- Provide the controlled drawing or identified sample.
- Confirm the selected grade and material condition.
- Mark cast dimensions and finished machining interfaces.
- Specify coating coverage and required checking records.
- State quantity and the component's supplied condition.
Choose the finish and protect the interfaces
Dacromat coating and finish painting are named options. Identify the actual treatment requirement and any areas needing masking or a different condition. For the jack-body scope, packing is a multilayer wooden box with a large inner plastic bag. Agree protection appropriate to the finished interfaces and keep the approved drawing and acceptance requirements with the order.
