Aluminum, iron, Zamak and steel requests should identify the actual grade and compatible die, sand or investment casting route for the part.
Define the geometry and material specification
Provide the controlled drawing and explain the component's role within the machine. Show mating features, locating faces and assembly relationships. Specify the governing material document for the selected grade, including the exact specification behind a DM32 request. Keep distinct metal components tied to their own drawings and acceptance requirements.
Allocate the precision and surface scope
The stated tolerance is ±0.01 mm. Agree the controlled features, geometry, process stage and measurement basis for the ordered component. Identify where CNC work is required and how its interfaces relate to the supplied casting. Colors and surface treatment follow customer requirements; mark the relevant areas and required results.
Agree inspection and order inputs
Quality control is 100% inspection, with ISO 9001:2015 as the quality reference. Define the checks, coverage and records for the actual part and establish the applicable document scope. Accepted drawing formats include 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP.
The minimum order is 100 pieces, with carton packing offered. State the quantity and initial component-approval requirements in the enquiry. Keep any approved design changes linked to the chosen grade, casting route, CNC scope and finish before confirming a revised machinery-part specification.
