Custom metal-component enquiries cover lost-wax investment, vacuum, sand or die casting through a selected compatible material and route. Steel and cast-iron items are specified independently from aluminum- or zinc-alloy components. OEM/ODM supply should define the actual drawing and required part condition.

Select the alloy designation and geometry

References are A360, A380, ADC-12, ADC-10, ZA-3, ZA-5 and ZA-8. Establish the complete specification for the chosen item without treating the labels as equivalents. Show locating, mounting and mating relationships with the dimensions governing final fit.

Choose the supplied surface

Mill finish, powder coating, polishing and brushing are named requests. Define the selected result on a compatible substrate, including coverage and working-contact conditions. Identify masking or different final states where finishing affects assembly or dimensional assessment.

Agree the inspection brief

The stated 100% inspection should address the actual material, geometry and surface requirements of the selected component. Specify checks, measurement conditions and acceptance records. Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documents with their holder and relevant activity scope.

  • Small orders are accepted for an agreed component scope.
  • Supply 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP drawing data.
  • Packing follows customer requirements for the selected item.
  • State quantity and the controlling alloy-component revision.

Retain approved grade, route and surface decisions with the order so repeat supply follows the same component definition, including the interfaces assessed against its intended mating assembly.
