Custom aluminum-alloy casting enquiries include separately specified zinc, brass, iron, steel and copper components. Select die, sand, gravity or investment casting for a compatible material and design. OEM/ODM sizes should follow the actual component drawing and required supplied state.
Explain the equipment interface being manufactured
Communication-equipment, automation-machine and medical-device requests need their own functional geometry. Show mounting, locating and contacting surfaces in relation to adjoining parts. State operating conditions and any application-specific qualification requirements needed to assess the selected component.
Assign dimensional and surface acceptance
For the chosen equipment component, use the 0.01 mm tolerance reference to define controlled dimensions, convention and measurement stage. Mark the datums and relationships governing fit. Anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating and polishing are named finishes; select coverage and masking around the actual substrate and working surfaces.
Give the sample a clear approval task
Samples are available for an enquiry-defined scope. Explain the characteristics an initial part must demonstrate and the records required to assess them. Identify the controlling revision and how approved changes are retained in the production definition. Identify which approvals must be repeated following a component or finish change.
- Provide quantity and the complete material condition.
- Distinguish cast and finished-interface requirements.
- Specify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Request applicable ISO9001 documentation and scope.
Keep the selected route, equipment role and delivered-state requirements together so acceptance addresses the component actually ordered.
