Aluminum machinery-component sand castings can be requested with optional machining and customer-defined supplied conditions. OEM/ODM work includes industrial-equipment and agricultural enquiries. Select the full aluminum grade and controlled drawing for the actual component and its intended assembly.
Assign close control to functional geometry
Use the 0.01 mm reference when defining acceptance of the selected machinery part’s controlled dimensions and supplied stage. Mark datums and measurement conditions at mounting, mating or working interfaces. Distinguish the general cast form from dimensions requiring finished assessment.
Choose the blasted and sprayed surface result
Sandblasting and electrostatic spraying are named treatments. Specify the actual process, coverage and appearance needed for the component. Identify masking and contact conditions at interfaces whose fit or function depends on the final surface.
- Inspection covers dimensions and heat-treatment condition.
- Hardness, NDT and surfaces need defined methods and acceptance criteria.
- Submit 3D STEP, STP or IGS information.
- Accepted 2D formats include DXF, DWG, PDF and JPG.
Set records for the actual equipment duty
Provide quantity, the controlling revision and the material condition required by the design. Identify which examination areas and records establish component acceptance. State which finished or treated interfaces must be assessed together for the selected installation. Explain what an initial part must demonstrate about geometry or finish, keeping approved changes attached to the selected material, route and delivered-state definition throughout production approval.
