OEM and ODM enquiries cover custom aluminum sand cast parts with precision CNC machining. Steel, iron and other alloy components are separate material requests. Specify a complete grade and customer-required size for each item, with its intended duty and final supplied condition.
Apply T6 to the compatible alloy
Select the T6 heat-treatment requirement together with the actual material and casting design. Define the required condition and where it applies in the component work package. Ferrous requests need their own material-condition requirements, so the selected treatment should remain attached to its intended alloy.
Translate precision into an interface plan
Show the contacts, locating faces and connections that determine assembly. Identify the CNC operations needed to complete those interfaces and state their permissible dimensional limits. Distinguish cast-state areas from finished surfaces, using measurement references that reflect how the part is installed.
- Provide the controlling component drawing and its current revision.
- State the quantity and required surface condition at each working interface.
- Explain what the initial item must demonstrate against its mating assembly.
Define what the complete checking scope covers
Quality management includes 100% checking for the selected casting order. Agree the characteristics, assessment methods and recorded results needed to establish acceptance. Relate the checks to the required material condition and completed geometry, keeping any approved design change connected to the same processing and inspection plan. Confirm the actual work scope for a further order using that accepted component definition.
