Custom machinery components can be requested through lost-wax or sand casting in separately specified aluminum, stainless steel, brass or copper. OEM/ODM dimensions and tolerances follow the customer drawing. Choose the complete alloy, compatible route and required material condition for the actual item.
Identify the selected casting result
Show the part’s working role and mounting or mating relationships with adjoining equipment. Mark locating references and functional limits for installation or operation. Define cast-state areas separately from interfaces needing optional machining and their final acceptance conditions. Include mating-part geometry where it determines installation clearances, so approval addresses the selected casting’s role within the machinery assembly.
Set the requested surface package
Painting, powder coating and sandblasting are available finish options on compatible substrates. Specify treated areas, final appearance and contact requirements for the chosen component. Identify masking where finishing affects a working interface or dimensional assessment.
