Brass, steel or aluminum components and molds can be requested through OEM/ODM casting enquiries. Sand, lost-wax investment and die routes need a compatible material and actual supplied item selected. A separate 6061 aluminum reference requires its complete specification and product form established for the request.
Define mold and component supply
Identify whether the order concerns tooling, a cast part or both. Show the required geometry and the relationship between any mold and the final component. Keep the selected material and incoming form tied to each deliverable rather than assuming a wrought designation is a cast-grade equivalent.
Describe the mechanical or pump-valve function
Mechanical, pump/valve and machinery parts follow the client specification and design. Mark mounting and mating interfaces with the references controlling fit. Define functional limits, operating duty and measurement conditions for the selected component.
Set final condition and approval evidence
Dimensions follow the customer drawing. Distinguish cast-state regions from surfaces needing another supplied result, with appearance and contact requirements identified. Specify material, dimensional and surface records needed to accept the actual mold or component package.
- Packing can use carton, wooden box or another agreed arrangement.
- Identify protection for finished interfaces within the selected package.
- State mold or part quantity and the controlling revision.
- Retain accepted form, grade and route decisions within the order.
Confirm later requests against the approved supplied-item definition and its intended function.
