ApplicationMulti purpose
Custom aluminum-alloy enquiries include selected die, investment, sand or centrifugal casting and CNC machining to customer requirements. The minimum order is one piece. Define the complete grade, compatible manufacturing route and drawing-controlled geometry for the actual component.
Identify the dimensions requiring critical control
Tolerance references range from ±0.01 mm to ±0.05 mm. Assign the applicable value, datums and measurement stage to the selected interfaces. The stated 100% inspection covers critical dimensions; identify those characteristics and the records needed to assess them.
- State the component’s working and assembly relationships.
- Identify the incoming material form and required condition.
- Distinguish cast-state geometry from CNC-finished interfaces.
- Define the purpose of an initial approval component.
Select the final surface around the application
Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing are named options. Specify the required result for working, contacting and visible areas. Identify the plated, coated or polished condition in which critical sizes are assessed. Mark treatment coverage and masking where the final surface affects dimensions or assembly fit, with appearance criteria included for the selected finish.
Keep a small-order brief complete
Provide quantity, revision and the material or surface evidence needed alongside critical-dimensional records. Explain what any reference sample establishes about the design. Retain the selected route, grade and delivered state with approved changes so acceptance of the one-piece enquiry or production order addresses the actual cast and machined component.
