Custom machinery parts can be requested through sand casting in separately specified aluminum, brass, stainless steel or iron, with copper also available. OEM/ODM dimensions and tolerances follow the actual drawing. Select the complete grade and compatible process for the chosen component and required material condition.
Define the part’s cast and finished geometry
Show mounting, locating and mating relationships with adjoining machinery. Mark the interfaces requiring optional machining and distinguish them from regions accepted in the cast state. Establish dimensional limits and measurement conditions governing the selected component’s final installation and fit.
Choose compatible surface treatment
Painting, powder coating and sandblasting are named finish options. Identify the selected process, treated areas and the final appearance or contact result. Mark masking where surface work affects a functional interface or the component’s dimensional acceptance.
Set drawing and quality-record requirements
STP drawing data is accepted for the request. Define the material, dimensional and surface evidence needed to approve the selected item. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation with the relevant holder and activity scope for the agreed work.

- State the machinery part’s quantity and controlling drawing revision.
- Describe the working duty and required supplied state.
- Explain what an initial casting must demonstrate at its mating interfaces.
Retain accepted grade, machining and finish decisions within the part record used for repeat production.
