Select the complete aluminum grade and condition before defining the component’s cast shape and final turned interfaces.
Connect the turned geometry to assembly fit
Show the rotational surfaces, locating references and relationships that matter to the mating component. Mark the dimensions requiring final turning and distinguish them from cast-state areas. Specify measurement conditions where several interfaces must be assessed together for installation.
Define the color and surface result
Identify the visible areas and the required appearance for the selected material. State how color approval will be assessed and show any contact surfaces needing a different supplied condition. Agree the actual surface process rather than assuming a particular coating from the color request alone.
