Custom ductile- or gray-iron industrial components can be requested through OEM/ODM sand casting with optional machining and polishing. Size and color are customized for the selected part. Choose the complete iron grade, governing requirements and supplied condition around its actual working duty.
Select the material and applicable document
GOST is the standard-family reference for the component enquiry. Identify the complete document, edition and grade requirements relevant to the chosen design. Connect those requirements to the actual material condition and records needed for acceptance.
Define cast and finished interfaces
Show mounting and mating geometry with adjoining industrial equipment. Mark surfaces requiring further machining and distinguish them from regions accepted in the cast state. Specify dimensional limits and measurement conditions for relationships controlling final installation or operation.
Set polished appearance and contact condition
Identify the faces receiving polishing and the final result required on visible or working areas. Define color approval and any separately requested treatment for the selected substrate. Keep the appearance and surface requirements connected to the component’s geometry and intended use.
Agree the approval records
State quantity and the controlling iron-component revision, identifying material, dimensional and surface evidence required for acceptance. Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documentation and activity scope. Explain what an initial part must demonstrate at the actual mating interfaces, retaining accepted grade and finishing decisions with the supplied-state definition used for repeat industrial requests.
