OEM/ODM casting enquiries include gray-iron sand-foundry products and separately specified aluminum die-cast parts with machining and surface treatment. Choose the material and compatible route for the actual drawing. Customized dimensions, tolerances, color and governing requirements belong to that selected component.
Separate the cast shape from working interfaces
Identify the regions accepted in their cast state and the faces requiring machining. Mark locating datums and relationships controlling installation, with measurement conditions for the finished result. This definition allows the quotation to address the intended supplied stage rather than an unspecified precision claim.
Select a finish for the chosen substrate
Painting, sand blasting and electroplating are named surface options. Specify which process applies to the actual material and identify its coverage. Define appearance, contact conditions and any masking needed where the surface treatment meets a functional interface.
- Submit 2D or 3D IGS, DWG, STP or PDF information.
- Identify the complete grade and governing drawing revision.
- Provide quantity and the required color result.
- List the material and dimensional records needed for approval.
Define the checks within full inspection
The stated 100% inspection needs component-specific characteristics and acceptance criteria. Identify which dimensions, surfaces and supplied conditions are checked and how the results are recorded. Retain accepted changes with the selected gray-iron or aluminum order so subsequent approval follows the same material, route and finished-interface requirements.
