Stainless-steel components can be requested through lost-wax investment or resin-sand casting. Aluminum-alloy, zinc-alloy and carbon-steel parts are separate material enquiries, with die casting selected only for a compatible grade and design. OEM/ODM dimensions and tolerances follow the actual 2D or 3D drawing.

Choose the material and component state

Specify the complete grade, required condition and selected route for the individual item. Show locating and mating interfaces with the geometry of adjoining components. Distinguish the cast form from any surfaces requiring a particular final result before assembly.

Assign surface work to the selected substrate

Sand blasting, polishing, anodizing, powder or coating work and rubber coating are named requests. Define the actual process, coverage and required appearance for the chosen material. Identify masking and contact conditions where the selected treatment affects dimensional assessment or installation.

Establish checks within the quality-control scope

The stated 100% quality control needs the actual checks and acceptance limits agreed for the order. Specify how material, dimensions and finished surfaces are assessed. Request applicable ISO9001 and IATF16949 documents with the relevant holder and activity scope.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Identify the component’s duty and supplied condition.
  • State the records needed for initial approval.
  • Retain accepted grade, route and finish changes with the item.

Confirm later requests against that component definition so the selected casting and coating requirements remain connected to its intended use.
