UsageLighting Fixture Housing
Custom stainless-steel square-impeller enquiries include lost-wax investment casting, CNC machining and sandblasting. Lighting-fixture housings are separately defined components. OEM/ODM supply should identify the actual item, full grade and functional drawing before establishing its manufacturing and acceptance scope.
Define the impeller or housing interfaces
Show mounting, locating and working geometry within the intended assembly. Automotive and machinery requests need their actual operating duty and dimensional relationships. Mark datums and finished CNC limits, distinguishing cast-state form from interfaces requiring particular final conditions.
Specify the lighting assembly’s requirements
Marine-lighting or explosion-protection requests need the selected assembly specification and applicable acceptance documentation. Identify the component’s actual role and the evidence required by the project. Keep those requirements connected to the housing drawing and supplied state being assessed.
Set surface and material documents
Define sand-blast coverage, appearance and contact conditions at relevant interfaces. Standard families include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS; identify complete documents and editions for the selected grade. Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documentation and scope alongside material and dimensional approval records.
- Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
- Identify the finished geometry assessed for assembly fit, including impeller or housing interfaces checked together to establish that result.
- Explain what an initial component must demonstrate.
- Retain approved material and surface changes with the drawing.
Keep production approval tied to the actual impeller or separately specified lighting housing and its required delivered condition.
