    100% Inspection Berore Shipment

Custom steel, iron and aluminum casting enquiries include separate zinc-alloy, brass or bronze components. OEM/ODM work can combine selected sand or investment casting with the operations needed for the actual drawing. Define the complete grade, incoming form and required supplied condition for each item.

Assign precision to the component’s interfaces

For the selected casting or machined part, assign the 0.05 mm reference to controlled dimensions, convention and delivered stage. Mark datums and relationships governing mounting, mating or working fit. Distinguish the general cast form from geometry requiring a particular finished condition.

Select machining and prototype work

Wire EDM, broaching, rapid prototyping and CNC machining are named services. Identify the operations needed by the actual component and material. Explain what an initial item must demonstrate about geometry or supplied result before the production definition is accepted.

Set inspection and the final surface brief

The stated 100% inspection before shipment should address agreed characteristics, methods and records. Specify the material, dimensional and surface acceptance relevant to the selected part. Mark working contacts and visible areas with any required treatment or appearance condition.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Identify the required material condition.
  • Define cast-state and finished-interface boundaries.
  • Retain approved route and geometry changes with the component definition.

Keep those requirements connected to the actual casting and machining scope used for production approval.
