OEM steel casting and separate ductile-iron sand-casting enquiries are offered with a full-process service from design to delivery. Size, wall thickness and surface treatment are customized to the component drawing, providing a basis for defining the work included in the actual order.

Use the drawing to establish critical walls

Identify the component's function, overall envelope and wall sections that must satisfy the design. Mark the mounting and mating geometry along with any areas needing special dimensional attention. A controlled drawing lets the design discussion focus on the relationships that matter to the finished part.

Choose the metal and material condition

Steel is the stated material, with ductile-iron requests to be defined through their own grade selection. Specify the complete grade and any required heat-treatment condition for the actual component. Keep those requirements with the drawing so the casting and treatment proposal can be evaluated against the same material brief.

Define inspection from raw material to finished part

The stated scope includes raw-material control, heat treatment and finished-product inspection. Agree the methods, coverage and acceptance limits needed at the relevant stages. This makes the full-process enquiry concrete by identifying the checks required for the selected grade, wall geometry and delivered condition.

  • Provide the drawing revision and component use.
  • Specify steel or ductile-iron grade and treatment condition.
  • Identify critical walls, interfaces and required finish.
  • State quantity and final inspection acceptance.

Set the scope for design-to-delivery support

Flexible scheduling and fast response are named service qualities. Describe the design, casting, treatment and inspection work required so the quotation can identify the support included for the ordered component.
