QT450 ductile-iron valve-body enquiries are offered for industrial pipelines with sand casting and CNC finishing. OEM/ODM customization can define the component geometry, material grade and finished interfaces, with a stated tolerance reference of 0.01–0.05 mm.
Select the iron grade for the pipeline component
QT450 is the named valve-body enquiry grade. Additional requests include HT250, HT300, QT400, QT500-6, QT600-5 and QT700. Specify the complete designation and governing standard for the actual body, together with the service medium and operating conditions relevant to material acceptance.
Assign the machining limits to functional dimensions
Provide the connection, sealing and mounting geometry on the controlled drawing. Define the tolerance convention, machining stage and inspection basis used for the 0.01–0.05 mm reference. This connects CNC finishing to the interfaces required by the selected pipeline design.
- Submit 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP information.
- Select the valve-body grade and required quantity.
- Mark cast and CNC-finished acceptance dimensions.
- Specify medium, duty and any required component tests.
- Define surface treatment and customized packing.
Complete the finish and inspection brief
Sandblasting, painting, powder coating and phosphating are named surface choices. Identify treatment boundaries and any functional surfaces needing a different supplied condition. Quality control is stated as 100% inspection, so include the dimensional, material and application checks required for the actual body. Keep those requirements with the approved grade and drawing for the order.
