Relia custom casting enquiries include aluminum, zinc- or magnesium-alloy components, with separate steel, copper or brass parts. Select a compatible die- or sand-casting route and define any machining required for the actual drawing. The minimum order is one piece.

Define the component before selecting the route

Sizes and colors are customized. State the complete grade and required condition for each item, with the geometry and quantity being requested. Explain how the component mounts, locates or contacts surrounding equipment so the proposed manufacturing scope addresses its actual function.

Choose a surface for the selected substrate

Named finishes include painting, powder coating, plating, polishing and anodizing. Specify coverage, appearance and the condition required at working interfaces. Mark masking boundaries and dimensions that need to be assessed after the selected surface work.

Give the application a component-level acceptance brief

Industrial-equipment, automotive and medical-component requests need their actual operating conditions and qualification requirements. Identify the material, dimensional and surface evidence required by that project. Distinguish the cast form from interfaces needing further machining or another specified final condition.

  • Provide the controlling drawing revision.
  • Mark datums and assembly-critical dimensions.
  • Define the purpose of a sample or initial part.
  • Identify the approved finish and appearance reference.

Keep the selected material, manufacturing route and supplied-state definition with the order so the one-piece enquiry or subsequent component supply has a clear approval basis.
