ApplicationIndustrial Equipment
Define the brass industrial component through its incoming material and finished interfaces. The service includes CNC machining, customer-requested surface treatment and machining-to-assembly work. Separate casting enquiries can be specified for their actual material and route, keeping the machined brass part and other cast deliverables clearly identified.
Start from the Brass Component Drawing
Provide the complete grade and identify the incoming stock or casting blank for the ordered item. Three-, four- and five-axis machining centers are named for the processing enquiry. Mark the geometry requiring finished dimensions and define the actual assembly or surface-treatment scope.
Keep Other Casting Deliverables Distinct
Sand- or investment-casting requests can be defined for the specified brass, iron or steel component. Aluminum die-casting enquiries need their own complete alloy and drawing, with the compatible process confirmed for that item. This gives each casting proposal a material-specific boundary while preserving the separate brass machining service.
- The controlled drawing can identify the industrial part's finished interfaces.
- The assembly request can specify the deliverables included after machining.
- The surface request can define coverage and final appearance for the actual material.
Use the Small-Order Scope Effectively
Small orders are accepted, with PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP as the named drawing-data formats. State quantity and the material, dimensional and surface criteria needed for the selected component. The completed request should connect grade, incoming form and controlled geometry to one assessable machined or cast deliverable, making the required supply state clear for the industrial-equipment application.
