    Customized by customer's demand

Relia OEM/ODM enquiries cover casting molds and parts in separately specified stainless steel, iron, steel, ADC12 aluminum, brass or zinc alloy. Identify whether the order supplies tooling, a cast component or both. Select the complete grade and required supplied condition for each actual item.

Choose the compatible casting route

Sand, investment, die and shell-mold casting are named process options. Define the actual route around the selected material, incoming form and component geometry. Keep tooling and part materials independently specified rather than treating the mold and its cast product as interchangeable supply.

Define the tool and component relationships

Show the required cast shape and the geometry controlling installation or working fit. Mark mounting, locating and mating interfaces with adjoining components. Identify dimensional limits and measurement conditions for relationships assessed together at the relevant supplied stage.

Specify the requested surface result

Relia casting or tooling enquiries can specify the required surface treatment for the selected item. Select a compatible procedure, coverage and final appearance or contact condition for the chosen substrate. Identify areas needing masking or a different supplied result where finishing affects the component’s interfaces.

  • State mold or casting quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Describe application duty and the included supply package.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface records for approval.
  • Explain the required initial-tool or component assessment.

Retain accepted material, route and tooling decisions within the order definition used for subsequent Relia manufacturing enquiries for the same selected design.
