Specify the actual cookware component before choosing the alloy and casting route. This OEM/ODM enquiry covers steel or aluminum cookware requests and separately defined industrial parts, with optional machining and polishing. Identify which surfaces and interfaces matter to the intended use so the proposal can be assessed against an approved design.
Start with the Intended Cookware Use
Give the design its complete material grade and identify the relevant contact, thermal-duty and appearance requirements. Those requirements should describe how the selected cookware part is intended to be used, not simply repeat a broad application name. The component geometry and final condition provide the basis for agreeing its material, dimensional and surface acceptance.
Allocate the Casting and Secondary Work
Die, investment and sand casting are separately selected requests for a route compatible with the actual material and design. Identify any interfaces requiring machining and the surfaces that need polishing. A separate industrial component can be defined through its own drawing and duty rather than inheriting cookware-specific requirements.
- Custom shape can follow the ordered cookware or industrial-part design.
- Customer-defined size can identify the dimensions that govern acceptance.
- Color requirements can be aligned with the final appearance reference.
Agree the Surface and Inspection Criteria
The service includes 100% inspection, with characteristics, methods and acceptance records to define for the chosen component. Connect the inspection plan to the surfaces and final dimensions that matter to the design. Where the cookware use requires contact or thermal approval criteria, state those explicitly in the technical enquiry.
Keep the Order Tied to One Deliverable
Wooden-case packing is named for the custom casting request. Provide the quantity and drawing revision with the selected material, process and supplied condition. The resulting proposal should connect the polished, optionally machined part to the intended cookware or industrial use and its agreed approval requirements.
