Custom aluminum end covers and flanges are offered through OEM sand casting with a full service from design to delivery. Sizes, specifications and wall thickness follow customer drawings. Surface treatment is selected for the individual part and its required supplied condition.
Describe the cover or flange interface
Identify the mating surfaces, locating features and fastener positions that govern assembly. State the complete aluminum alloy designation and the operating conditions relevant to the component. If a flange has a required pressure class or a cover performs a sealing role, include that requirement and its governing acceptance criteria in the enquiry.
Control the drawing through production
Show the wall sections and dimensional relationships that must be maintained. Mark any features requiring additional machining for agreement during quotation. Define the finish required on visible areas and the condition of functional interfaces after treatment. Keep the controlling revision connected to each approved geometry change.
Agree stage-specific acceptance
The inspection scope includes raw-material control, heat treatment and finished-product inspection. Define the checks and records required at each relevant stage for the selected cover or flange. Flexible scheduling and fast response are offered; agree the production scope for the actual quantity and component configuration.
- Provide the current drawing, alloy and requested quantity.
- Identify controlled interfaces and any required qualification documents.
- Define initial approval and repeat-order inspection requirements.
Keep the quotation tied to the end cover or flange being ordered. This allows design, casting and inspection discussions to follow the same component specification throughout the full-process service.
