Choose the supplied condition and operations
CNC-lathe, stamping, hobbing and forging are separate manufacturing requests to assign where suitable for the drawing. Heat treatment, polishing, plating, machining and anodizing need a selected substrate and required final result. Identify the included work and the interfaces affected by each operation.
Make precision measurable at the right stage
Define the feature, supplied stage and measurement basis for the ±1 µm tolerance reference. Show the datums and mating relationships used to assess that requirement. Specify other limits independently so the drawing describes the complete part rather than relying on a general precision description.
Set appearance and application requirements
Color choices include black, silver, gold, blue, red, white and yellow. Identify the areas receiving the chosen result and how appearance will be approved. Robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial-machinery requests each need the actual duty and component acceptance criteria.
