Custom aluminum sand- or die-casting enquiries include separate stainless-steel and steel material requests. Choose the complete grade and actual route for the component. OEM/ODM one-stop work should define the supplied state and geometry required by the customer drawing or reference sample.
Apply the dimensional reference after drawing evaluation
The ±0.05 mm reference requires drawing evaluation. Identify the affected dimensions, finishing stage and measurement conditions for the selected material and process. Mark datums and mating or locating interfaces so the acceptance limits relate to the component’s actual assembly function.
Provide coordinated design information
A sample or 2D DWG, DXF or PDF and 3D STEP, STP or IGS information can be submitted. Identify the controlled revision and the data governing geometry. Explain any differences between a worn reference part and the intended design before defining the finished component.
Select the treatment and custom color
Named options include powder coating, polishing, brushing, plating, anodizing and PVD coating for suitable metals. Specify the selected coverage, masking and appearance criteria. Include contact-surface requirements where a treatment affects fit or the delivered condition at functional interfaces.
Set the order approval basis
Provide quantity and the material, dimensional and surface records required for sample acceptance. Request relevant ISO9001:2015 certificate scope alongside the part requirements. Retain the evaluated drawing limits, selected route and final surface definition through production approval so the custom component is assessed against its actual supplied state.
