Quality Control100% Inspection
Test weights and counterbalance castings should be specified through their geometry and acceptance purpose. This OEM/ODM enquiry includes cast-iron sand-casting requests and separate aluminum-, zinc- or magnesium-alloy parts. Customized dimensions, 100% inspection and a 100-piece minimum-order reference are stated.
Define the test-weight or counterweight requirement
Identify the nominal mass and weighing tolerance required by the application without assuming a metrological class from the product name. Show the geometry and handling or mounting interfaces established by the design. Specify the calibration or acceptance records needed for the actual item.
- Identify the test-weight or counterbalance deliverable.
- Select the material grade and required geometry.
- Define weighing acceptance and required records.
- State quantity and the supplied-condition requirement.
Select the material and processing scope
Iron sand casting and the separate alloy-component enquiries require their own route selection. Investment casting with machining and polishing is an additional named process scope. Agree the actual material and operations for the selected design instead of combining every option into one sequence.
Specify treatment and inspection acceptance
Powder coating, polishing, zinc plating, electroplating and sandblasting are finish choices. Select the treatment for the component and define the characteristics covered by 100% inspection. The finished geometry and weighing acceptance should concern the supplied item after the required work.
Identify the qualification and application scope
ISO9001 and IATF16949 are supplier-qualification references. Machinery, automotive, industrial-equipment and medical-component requests need their own material, route and approval requirements. Identify the applicable documents for the selected order rather than infer a calibration certificate or test-weight class from those references.
