Choose the actual part and its complete material specification before defining the order. These requests need their own geometry and engine-assembly requirements.
Identify the engine component precisely
Provide the intended engine reference together with the corresponding drawing and custom size. Show the locating and mating geometry that controls installation. For a replacement request, identify wear or damage on any sample and distinguish it from the intended component dimensions.
Define material and manufacturing acceptance
Assign the required grade, condition and route to the selected component. Mark the dimensions and datum relationships used to assess its fit, together with surface requirements at working or contacting areas. The quality reference RT needs its actual meaning and required acceptance records agreed in the quotation.
