Custom metal parts should be quoted through their selected material and casting requirement. This OEM/ODM service includes steel and iron components with iron sand-casting enquiries, alongside separate aluminum or copper requests. Customer dimensions, professional inspection and in-house mould making are stated scope.
Define the component and its manufacturing route
Provide the part drawing and exact grade required by the design. Identify the sand-casting requirement for the iron component or the actual route proposed for another metal. Die casting, deburring and subsequent processing are additional supply enquiries to agree for a suitable material and part.

- Supply the drawing, material grade and order quantity.
- Mark functional interfaces and acceptance dimensions.
- Describe the required treatment and supplied condition.
Specify mould making and finishing work
State whether tooling is included with the component supply and define the mould requirements separately. Painting, powder coating and oxidation treatment are named finishes. Select the treatment for the actual metal and identify contact areas needing particular instructions.
Agree professional inspection against the drawing
Define the dimensions, material checks and surface characteristics needed for acceptance. Customer-required size should be supported by a controlled drawing and inspection criteria. The quotation should make clear which manufacturing and finishing work is included for the ordered item.
Identify environmental and packing requirements
For an eco-friendly supply enquiry, specify the environmental criteria or documentation needed by the project. Carton packing is stated for supply. Keep these requirements with the selected material, route and finished acceptance rather than assuming a particular environmental certification.
