Full-process casting services cover custom steel or stainless steel components through selected investment casting or sand casting routes. Size, specification and wall thickness follow customer drawings. Surface treatment is customized for the part, with service extending from design to delivery.

Select the steel for the intended duty

Identify the complete alloy designation and the component's working environment. Explain its role in the assembly and the interfaces that control installation. Choose the casting route against the selected material and geometry. Where the enquiry includes several steel components, keep their individual specifications and requirements distinct.

Make precision requirements explicit

Mark controlled dimensions, wall sections and the datums used to assess their relationships. State the permitted limits for functional interfaces and the condition in which they must be met. Include any additional machining requirements for agreement, and distinguish final surface appearance from dimensional acceptance.

Connect quality stages to the component

Inspection covers raw-material control, heat treatment and finished-product inspection. Define the checks and records required at those stages for the ordered steel part. Flexible scheduling and fast response are offered; agree the production scope and scheduling requirements for the actual component and quantity.

  • Supply the controlling drawing revision and chosen steel grade.
  • Identify finish requirements and any application-specific documents.
  • Define initial approval criteria and inspection coverage for repeat production.

Keep approved design changes connected to the same material, casting route and supplied condition. This gives the full-process enquiry a consistent component specification from the design discussion through final acceptance.
