Low-volume alloy-steel sand casting is offered for mechanical-component enquiries in customer-defined sizes. Separate requests can cover grey iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, aluminum or copper. Identify the complete grade and required supplied state for each item before comparing its actual manufacturing scope.

Organize a small production request by part

Describe the function of every component and the quantity required for its current design revision. Identify the assembly relationships that govern installation. A low-volume request still needs clear material and acceptance requirements so the initial parts can establish a useful basis for further production.

Define what follows the casting stage

CNC work, turning, milling and five-axis processing are available service directions. Allocate the selected operations to the interfaces they must establish. For CT4–CT6 casting requirements, agree the applicable convention and dimensions, keeping machined limits and inspection stages separately defined.

Describe the final surface and project context

Surface choices include painting, oxidation treatment, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating for suitable materials. Show treated areas and the required contact or appearance result. Applications span industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical parts, each needing its own duty and qualification criteria.

  • Coordinate PDF, DXF and DWG drawings with STEP, IGS and PRT design data for the selected revision.
  • Specify the component identification and protection needed in carton or wooden-box packing.
  • Request the applicable ISO9001 documentation and relevant activity scope.

State initial approval requirements and records needed for the ordered quantity, retaining accepted changes within the mechanical part’s material, dimensional and surface definition.
