Cast-iron anvil parts for forging machinery can be requested through OEM/ODM sand-casting supply. Select the complete iron grade and required condition for the actual anvil component. Strength and impact-resistance requirements should address the intended striking duty and component-acceptance criteria.
Describe the striking and support arrangement
Show the working geometry and the way the anvil part mounts within the forging equipment. Identify the contacts and material requirements relevant to that duty. Mark locating references so installation and working relationships can be assessed against the selected design.
Separate casting and finished-interface limits
The unsigned 0.01–0.05 mm reference needs specified dimensions, permitted deviations and processing stages. Identify which interfaces require optional machining after casting and deburring. Define measurement conditions for the anvil’s final mounting or contact relationships rather than a general accuracy guarantee.
- Surface treatment follows the anvil-component requirements.
- Define compatible processing, coverage and final contact condition.
- The stated 100% inspection needs actual checks and approval records.
- Drawing formats include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP.
Set protection and production approval
Wooden-case packing is referenced for the component. Specify protection appropriate to its finished interfaces and agreed supplied state. Provide quantity and the controlling anvil drawing, identifying material and dimensional evidence needed for acceptance. Retain approved duty, grade and interface changes with the forging-machinery component request when confirming further castings for the specified forging-machine installation.
