Custom sand-casting enquiries include aluminum, brass, stainless steel or gray iron to client specifications. OEM/ODM dimensions and tolerances follow the component drawing. Select the complete grade and required material condition for the actual item being manufactured.
Define the functional geometry for the selected metal
Show mounting, locating and mating relationships within the intended assembly. Mark the datums and dimensions governing fit, with measurement conditions for acceptance. Identify surfaces supplied in their cast state and any interfaces needing a particular finished condition in the requested scope.
Establish the color and appearance reference
Color and surface finish are customized. Specify the actual treatment, coverage and visible result required at relevant areas. Identify masking and contact conditions around the working geometry, keeping appearance acceptance connected to the component’s final supplied state.
Agree strict inspection and documentation

Packing combines bubble protection, carton and wooden case. Specify protection for finished mating and visible surfaces.
