OEM and ODM coated-sand casting enquiries cover custom cast-iron parts, with dimensions and material requirements set by the customer. Machining is included where the component needs it, and surface treatment follows the order requirement. Define the actual part before selecting the work needed to deliver it.
Allocate machining from the finished geometry
Named resources include milling, lathe work, drilling and 3- or 4-axis CNC machining centers. Identify the faces, holes and rotational surfaces that need a finished dimension, together with the datums used to measure them. This connects the resource enquiry to the component’s actual assembly requirements.
- Provide the drawing revision and complete iron grade.
- Mark cast areas and finished interfaces.
- Give the quantity and the required delivered condition.
- Define the selected surface treatment and masking areas.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface acceptance records.
Explain the application through its requirements
Automotive, medical-equipment, electrical-appliance and hardware requests are named application areas. Supply the specific component use and any duty or conformity requirements that influence acceptance. The application name alone does not define the geometry, inspection plan or approval needed for the ordered part.
Coordinate inspection and qualification documents

ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are qualification or conformity references; identify the applicable documents and supplier or product scope.
