Custom nonstandard iron wheels can be requested through sand casting with CNC machining. OEM/ODM sizes follow 2D or 3D drawing information. Specify the final alloy grade and supplied condition, with nodular iron, cast iron, gray iron and pig-iron references assigned their actual material roles.
Define the wheel’s working and fitted surfaces
Show mounting, locating and contacting geometry with the datums used to assess fit. Mark the dimensions requiring CNC work and distinguish them from areas accepted in their cast condition. State operating and application requirements relevant to the actual wheel rather than a broad machinery category.
Choose the surface for the selected iron
Plating, anodizing, powder coating, spray paint and electrophoresis are named finish enquiries. Agree the method suitable to the actual material, with coverage and masking at functional interfaces. Define the final appearance and contact condition used for component approval.
Identify the governing technical requirement
DIN, AISI, ASTM, BS and JIS are standard-family references. Select the actual document and grade, with the dimensional and material records needed for acceptance. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 certificate scope alongside the component requirements.
Keep application acceptance specific
Automotive, gas-cylinder, boiler, ship and agricultural-machinery work are enquiry applications. Each needs its own drawing, quantity and acceptance basis. Define what a sample should demonstrate for the selected use, retaining the same material, CNC interfaces and supplied-state definition through production approval of the wheel.
