    OEM ODM Customised

Generator-related aluminum sand castings can be requested through OEM/ODM customization, with separate zinc-alloy, stainless-steel, copper or iron components. Casting, compatible die-casting and forging enquiries need their own material and route definitions. Dimensions follow the selected component drawing and required supplied condition.

Define the generator’s mounting and locating interfaces

Show the part’s connections with adjoining generator components and the relationships governing installation. Identify its operating duty and material condition. Mark the references used to evaluate the actual working geometry and the interfaces requiring further processing.

Assign dimensional and geometric precision

The unsigned tolerance reference is 0.005 mm. Verticality and coaxiality are each referenced at 0.04 mm. Define the affected features, datums, permitted limits and processing stages separately, with measurement conditions for the selected generator assembly relationships.

Scope machining, finishing and inspection

Grinding, drilling and precision machining are named services. Identify the required operations and customer-requested surface result for a compatible substrate. Professional inspection should define checks and records for the component’s material, geometry and final condition.

  • State the generator part’s quantity and controlling design revision.
  • Distinguish cast-state or forged regions from finished interfaces.
  • Request applicable ISO9001 and TS16949 documents and activity scope.
  • Explain what an initial component must demonstrate at its mating relationships.

Retain approved material, route and precision decisions within the generator-component definition used for repeat supply for the selected generating equipment.
