Custom pump and machinery sand castings are available in selected gray- or ductile-iron grades with CNC machining and requested finishes. OEM/ODM work follows the component drawing. Define the required material condition and actual industrial-equipment or agricultural function for the part.
Choose a complete iron designation
Grade choices are GG20, GG25, GG30, HT150 and HT200 for gray-iron selections, with GGG50, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3 for ductile-iron requests. Identify the governing document and condition for the chosen grade. Show working contacts and assembly relationships relevant to the selected component.
Set the CNC result and finishing boundary
For the selected pump or machinery interfaces, apply the 0.01 mm reference through agreed dimensions, convention and measurement stage. Painting, sandblasting, mill finishing and primer or anti-rust-oil requests should identify coverage and the final contact or appearance condition needed for acceptance.
- Inspection includes dimensions, heat-treatment condition, hardness, NDT and surfaces.
- Define methods, examination areas and acceptance records.
- Provide 3D STEP/STP/IGS or 2D DXF/DWG/PDF/JPG information.
- State quantity and the controlling revision.
Approve the actual component condition
Explain what an initial item must demonstrate and identify the material and dimensional evidence needed for approval. Record any accepted geometry or treatment changes with the drawing. Identify the required acceptance condition after CNC work and final surface treatment. Keep the selected grade, CNC interfaces and supplied state attached to the production brief so acceptance follows the actual pump or machinery part.
