Industrial brass components and separately specified copper or bronze parts can be requested through sand, lost-wax investment or gravity casting. OEM/ODM dimensions and color are customized to the actual item. Choose the complete grade and compatible route around the component’s working purpose.
Describe the copper-alloy component’s function
Show the mounting, locating and contacting relationships with adjoining equipment. State the industrial duty and material condition relevant to that design. Identify the geometry that must remain controlled for installation and functional fit.
Allocate optional machining
Mark interfaces requiring further work after casting and distinguish them from areas accepted in the cast state. Put dimensional limits and locating references beside the applicable geometry. Agree measurement conditions for component relationships assessed together during approval.
Set polished appearance and supplied contacts
Identify the faces receiving polishing and the required result on visible or working areas. Specify color approval and the final condition where the component meets mating parts. Keep those requirements connected to the selected material and supplied stage rather than a general finish description.
Choose governing and quality records
Standard families are GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS; establish complete documents and grade requirements for the actual item. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation and activity scope. Provide quantity and the controlling brass or separate component revision, identifying material, dimensional and surface evidence needed for acceptance. Retain approved route and finishing changes with that industrial-part definition.
