Nonstandard stainless-steel castings are available for OEM/ODM enquiries with customized shape, dimensions and color. Small orders are accepted for the selected component. Specify the complete grade, sand-casting request and required supplied condition on the actual part drawing.

Define the precision-casting geometry

Show the mounting, locating and mating interfaces with adjoining components. Identify the dimensions controlling fit and the measurement conditions used to assess their relationships. Mark cast-state regions separately from interfaces requiring a particular finished result.

Scope drawing and data work separately

A drawing- or data-processing request should identify the information to be handled and the intended deliverable. Connect accepted geometry changes to the controlling component revision. Distinguish that service from the stainless casting and its required material or surface condition.

Set color and supplied-surface requirements

Identify the visible areas and required color result for the selected part. Agree a compatible finishing process and the appearance criteria used for approval. Mark working contacts needing a different condition where surface work affects assembly fit.

  • The stated 100% inspection needs specified checks and acceptance records.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface characteristics to be assessed.
  • State the small-order quantity and controlling stainless-component revision.
  • Explain what an initial item must demonstrate for the intended application.

Retain approved grade, geometry and data-service decisions with the order’s component definition when confirming repeat supply for the agreed nonstandard component.
