OEM/ODM sand- or shell-casting components can be requested with mold services, CNC machining and surface treatment. Material references are aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, zinc, copper, bronze and magnesium. Select the complete grade and compatible route for each supplied item.

Define tooling and production scope

Mold services include design, manufacture, testing and maintenance. Specify the actual tool, component or package required and the drawing controlling each deliverable. Cold/hot-chamber die-casting machine labels are 180T, 220T, 280T and 800T; agree the equipment and process relevant to the selected work.

Assign precision and surface requirements

Apply the ±0.002 mm reference to agreed features, processing stages and measurement conditions. Anodizing, polishing, plating, powder coating and sandblasting need a suitable substrate and defined final result. Mark treated areas and contacts where finish or masking affects dimensional acceptance.

Choose checks for the actual application

Inspection references include spectrometer/UT, caliper, depth caliper, R gauge and CMM. Identify the methods, characteristics and records needed for the component. Automotive, machinery, medical-equipment, electronics, electrical and household requests require their own duty and acceptance criteria.

  • Provide the mold or casting quantity and controlling design revision.
  • Show mounting and mating interfaces with the selected assembly.
  • Identify material, dimensional and finished-surface approval evidence.
  • Keep accepted tool, grade and processing decisions in the supplied-item definition.

Confirm subsequent work against the selected manufacturing package and approved component geometry.
