Titanium, stainless-steel or iron component enquiries include compatible sand-casting and ceramic-core precision-casting scope. Aluminum-, zinc- or brass-alloy die-cast parts are specified independently. OEM/ODM requests should define the actual component, complete grade and required supplied state for each item.

Define ceramic-core and component requirements

Identify the core and its relationship to the geometry required in the finished part. Select the actual material and compatible manufacturing route for that design. Show the working and mating interfaces with the references controlling component acceptance.

Assign precision at the supplied stage

For the unsigned 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance requirement, define the actual features and permitted deviations. Establish the processing stage and measurement conditions used for assessment. Distinguish cast-state regions from surfaces needing a particular final result for the intended fit.

Set finishing and inspection scope

Finishing for the selected core-related casting or separate die-cast part can follow customer requirements. Specify the compatible process, coverage and final appearance or contact condition. The stated 100% inspection needs the actual checks and acceptance records for the selected component or core-related supply.

  • Small orders are accepted for an agreed item scope.
  • Packing follows customer-specific requirements.
  • State component quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documents and relevant activity scope.

Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence, retaining accepted grade and interface decisions within the component definition used for repeat requests, including the selected core-related geometry and finished-interface acceptance.
