Give the custom steel component a clear relationship between its cast shape and CNC-finished interfaces. This OEM/ODM service includes stainless-steel and other steel requests using a selected lost-wax investment or sand-casting route. Customer-defined size and shape establish the geometry to be reviewed for the actual industrial part.
Put the Steel Specification on the Component Drawing
Select the full grade and required material condition for the ordered component. Identify the casting route suitable for the design and keep the material requirement attached to that drawing revision. The combination of grade, shape and final condition provides a usable starting point for the steel-casting proposal.
Define Precision at the CNC-Finished Interfaces
Mark the datums, dimensions and surfaces that govern assembly of the selected part. Specify the condition in which those features will be checked and the acceptance requirements that apply to them. This turns a precision-machining request into an assessable interface requirement while keeping the casting geometry and finished dimensions clearly identified.
Include the industrial duty and required surface acceptance with the component geometry. Any proposed change in material or shape should remain connected to the same finished-interface requirements. That keeps the custom request consistent from selection of the cast blank through approval of the ordered condition.
Agree Professional Inspection and Records
Professional inspection is offered, with methods, coverage and records selected for the actual component. Name the international standard or qualification document needed for the order and define its applicable requirements. Provide quantity and final material, dimensional and surface criteria so the CNC-machined steel casting can be assessed against a complete component definition.
