Small-batch iron sand-casting enquiries are offered for machinery spare parts through OEM/ODM customization. Dimensions and tolerances follow the customer's drawing, with machining included where needed and sandblasting as the named surface finish.

Build the spare-part brief around the machine
Provide the geometry and mating-part information that establish how the replacement component fits the intended assembly. Use the drawing to identify mounting, locating and other functional dimensions. This gives the sand-casting enquiry an application context without relying on a general spare-part description.
Define the machining and blasted condition
The process scope includes casting, machining if required and surface treatment. Mark the interfaces that must be supplied machined and distinguish them from the sand-blasted casting surfaces. Drawing-defined tolerances can then be connected to the stage at which each dimension is accepted.
Agree the batch and inspection reference
STP drawing information is accepted, and packing follows the customer's specific requirements. Small-batch supply can be discussed through the actual quantity needed for the machine project. Request applicable current supplier documents for the ISO9001-2008 qualification reference, and keep the selected grade, drawing and inspection criteria with the order so the delivered parts can be checked consistently.
